Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your EnkiVision account and personal data at any time, without installing an app. To protect your account, you must sign in first.

How it works

1. Sign in with your password or Google account.
2. Confirm by typing DELETE.
3. Your account is placed into pending deletion and you are signed out. The confirmation shown on screen is your record; we also try to email you a confirmation.
4. A 7-day cancellation period follows. Sign in any time before processing begins to cancel.
5. After the period ends, permanent deletion processing begins.

Can't sign in?

Use Forgot password to reset it by email, or sign in with Google if that is how you created your account. For other problems, contact support@signalforgellc.biz.

Enterprise organizations

Deleting your personal account does not delete an Enterprise organization. Organization content stays with the organization. If you are the sole owner of an organization, ownership must be transferred or the organization deleted separately before your request can be processed.

What may be kept

Some limited information may be kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
