This Privacy Policy describes how EnkiVision handles information about analysts, institutional users, and visitors to the platform. Final wording is undergoing attorney review before public beta; the practices described here reflect current implementation.
1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide (name, email, role, organization), platform activity necessary to operate intelligence features (searches, saved briefs, alerts, watchlists), and standard server logs.
2. How we use information
Information is used to operate the platform, deliver intelligence products you request, secure the service, and communicate about your account.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers necessary to run EnkiVision, and when required by law.
4. Security
We apply industry-standard controls including encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to support@enkivision.net.
5. Your choices
You may access, correct, or delete your account information from Settings, or by contacting support@enkivision.net. Region-specific rights (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) will be enumerated following attorney review.
6. Changes
Material changes will be announced in-product and reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Prior versions will remain available for reference.
