These Terms govern access to and use of EnkiVision, provided by SignalForge LLC. By using the platform you agree to these Terms. Final wording is undergoing attorney review before public beta.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Enterprise accounts are governed by the applicable order form in addition to these Terms.
2. Acceptable use
Use of the platform is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. AI-generated content
EnkiVision uses AI-assisted analysis. Outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be evaluated alongside cited evidence. See the AI Disclosure for detail.
4. Subscriptions and fees
Paid plans are billed per the pricing in effect when you subscribe. Billing terms and refund policy are pending attorney review.
5. Intellectual property
EnkiVision, its software, models, and branding are owned by SignalForge LLC. See Copyright & Trademark. You retain rights to content you input; you grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the service.
6. Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalForge LLC disclaims all implied warranties. Nothing in EnkiVision constitutes legal, financial, or operational advice.
7. Limitation of liability
Limitations of liability, indemnity, and remedies are pending attorney review.
8. Termination
You may stop using EnkiVision at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms.
