Terms of Service

EnkiVision is an intelligence platform that collects publicly available news and open-source reporting, organizes it into signals, developing situations, narratives and briefs, and provides tools for monitoring and analysis. We may add, change or remove features over time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance.

• You can create an account with an email address and password, or with Google sign-in.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@signalforgellc.biz if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• The information you give us must be accurate.

• 14-Day Free Trial. New individual accounts are eligible for a trial that begins when you complete your first successful sign-in, not when you create an account or accept these Terms. The trial lasts exactly 14 days from that sign-in and does not automatically restart or renew. During the active trial, you receive the complete EnkiVision intelligence and product experience described for the trial on the public pricing page.
• After trial expiration. You may continue to access your account and account/security settings. Continued access to intelligence and product features requires an upgrade to Pro or another valid entitlement; the trial does not become a permanent Free plan with product access. Your data is retained after trial expiration, and access to that data is restored when you obtain a valid entitlement, subject to the rest of these Terms.
• Pro. An individual plan with full access to intelligence features.
• Enterprise. A plan for organizations. An Enterprise organization has an owner and members ("Enterprise Users"), each using a seat. Members can share content within the organization.

Online payment is not currently available in EnkiVision. Upgrades and Enterprise arrangements are handled by contacting us. Any fees will be agreed separately before they apply.

Your use of the service must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

You keep your rights in content you create, such as Workspace projects, notes, watchlists and feedback. You allow us to store, process and display that content as needed to operate the service for you — including showing shared content to the members you share it with, and sending your Ask Enki questions to our AI service to produce answers.

Content created in or shared with an Enterprise organization is available to that organization and stays with it if a member's account is deleted, attributed to "Former member".

EnkiVision uses AI to translate, summarize and analyze reporting and to answer Ask Enki questions. Some outputs are reviewed by our team before publication and others are produced automatically; the AI Disclosure explains which. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Check them against the cited sources before relying on them. Nothing in EnkiVision is legal, financial, security or other professional advice.

EnkiVision, its software, design and branding belong to SignalForge LLC. See Copyright & Trademark. Reporting from third-party sources remains the property of its original publishers.

• You can stop using EnkiVision at any time and can request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy and on the account deletion page. Deletion takes effect after a 7-day cancellation period.
• We may suspend or deactivate an account that breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the service or other users.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, SignalForge LLC disclaims implied warranties, including that the service or its content will be accurate, complete or uninterrupted.

Each version of these Terms has its own version number and effective date. When we publish a new version, we decide whether it requires you to agree again; if it does, you will be asked to review and accept it before continuing to use EnkiVision.
